The history of “Carpareto” begins in 1986 out of the love and passion I always had for my land and its peasant traditions.
The genuineness, the goodness and the quality have always been my reference points that lead me since then.

Since 2000, my wife, Susanna, decided to help me full time and since 2016 my daughter, Martina, takes care of the hospitality and collaborates with us.
Between 2014 and 2016 we completely restored the peasant farm house, which goes back to the beginnings of 800.
The breeding of cattle, rabbits and chickens, the production of eggs by chickens reared in barn and of extra-virgin olive oil with bio certificate are the result of our work and research of all those years.
